Worker Profile Privacy

TowEvo gives workers control over how their professional profile is displayed.

Workers may be able to select from the following profile visibility options:

Public: Your professional profile may be visible to employers and other authorized users according to your profile settings.
Confidential: Employers may view relevant professional qualifications and experience without initially seeing identifying contact information.
Private: Your profile is not searchable by employers and is used primarily for applications you choose to submit.

Confidential Job Search

Confidential Job Search is designed for workers who want to explore opportunities without publicly identifying themselves.

When a profile is set to Confidential, TowEvo is designed to hide personally identifying information such as:

Full name
Phone number
Email address
Exact home address
Current employer, when the worker chooses to keep it confidential

Employers may still see professional information such as approximate location, experience, licence qualifications, towing equipment experience, certifications, skills, availability, and compensation preferences.

A worker's protected contact information should only be disclosed when the worker chooses to provide it, applies for a position, accepts an employer contact request, or otherwise gives permission through the platform.

Employer Access to Candidate Information

Employers may only use candidate information obtained through TowEvo for legitimate recruiting and employment-related purposes.

Employers must not use worker information for unsolicited marketing, resale, unrelated advertising, data brokerage, or other purposes unrelated to legitimate recruitment.

Access to certain candidate information may require an employer account, employer verification, a subscription, an accepted contact request, or another permission mechanism provided by TowEvo.

Google Analytics

TowEvo may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to help improve the performance, usability, and effectiveness of the platform.
